A lot more goes into making everything work properly than you can imagine. And a lot of it is not within our control so all we can do is trouble shoot. At the end of the day it comes down to your computer your upload file your browser, wifi, mobile carriers, below are some common problems. Because let’s face it, we sleep sometimes so you may be able to keep moving forward. We share your frustration as anything keeping you from being with us is our problem too!
๐ถ Trouble Uploading Your Song? Try These Fixes First: โ 1. Check the File Format Make sure your song is in MP3, WAV or FLAC format Other formats like .m4a, .mov, or .aac may not upload
๐ 2. Check the File Size Keep it under 160 MB If itโs too big, use a free audio compressor or export at a slightly lower quality
๐ 3. Use a Compatible Browser Best browsers: Chrome or Firefox Avoid: Safari or old Internet Explorer versions Still stuck? Try Incognito/Private Mode
๐ฑ 4. Try a Different Device If uploading from your phone isnโt working, try using a laptop or desktop If needed, switch from Wi-Fi to a stronger internet connection
