Member Cancellation Policy
  • Refunds for Annual memberships will be on the non discounted monthly rate for your member level and based on the end date for the current month.
  • There are no refunds for monthly memberships but future renewals will be terminated
  • All member terminations resolve to complimentary Associate status unless you notify us to remove you completely
  • Access to applicable services will end with your termination or date of member level change. This includes Elite Distribution Label, Microsoft 365, Musicalliance.com email, Slack Channels, access to Music Alliance Academy courses/marks and access to your member profile etc.
